Oscar’s Story:

Oscar is a charming boy who was born DEAF and attends a school for the deaf when they can afford it. His mother is from the Marigat support group. His father deserted them at Oscar's birth.  His mother is too weak to provide for the family so Oscar is forced to work on people's farms to provide for his mother and sister. Oscar would love to continue with his schooling, but needs the support of a sponsor.
