Sean joined the board in 2024 and is the son of one of our founding members, Michael Hylton. Sean was a collegiate athlete and went on to play with the US National Water Polo Team. He played professionally in Australia before returning to the US and beginning his career. Sean has worked in the medical field since 2003, both in the Emergency Room as well as working in the medical device industry. He currently works for Johnson and Johnson MedTech Neurovascular as the Western US Regional Manager. Sean and his wife Sarah have been married for 21 years, are active in their church, Calvary Chapel Thousand Oaks, and have two sons.
