1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the He Intends Victory website at heintendsvictory.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
He Intends Victory is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-0616574) dedicated to spreading the message of hope through Jesus Christ to those infected and affected with HIV/AIDS.
2. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any part of the Site without express written permission from He Intends Victory.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

3. Donations
He Intends Victory is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations made through the Site are voluntary and generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
By making a donation, you acknowledge:
- Donations are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
- All donations are considered final and non-refundable unless an error occurred during processing. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us promptly.
- Designated gifts will be applied to the fund or project specified; however, He Intends Victory reserves the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need if a specific project has been fully funded.
- He Intends Victory will send donation receipts for contributions of any amount, which may serve as documentation for tax purposes.
4. Mission Trips & Volunteer Applications
Information submitted through Mission Trip Inquiry forms or Volunteer Applications is used solely for the purpose of evaluating and coordinating participation in He Intends Victory’s ministry activities. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Participants in mission trips are required to comply with all additional waivers, health requirements, and conduct guidelines provided at the time of acceptance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials — is the property of He Intends Victory or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may share or link to our content for non-commercial, ministry-supportive purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties, including ministry partners such as Encounter Local, Rusty’s Beans, and Douglas Shaw & Associates. These links are provided for your convenience and information only.
He Intends Victory has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. He Intends Victory does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

By subscribing to our newsletter or providing your email address on the Site, you consent to receive periodic updates, stories, ministry news, and fundraising communications from He Intends Victory.

10. Children Under 13
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

He Intends Victory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
