Eliza's father died with HIV, her mother is HIV+ as is Eliza. Her mother is in poor health and not able to provide for her seven children's basic needs. They do not attend school due to the inability to pay school fees. Eliza would like the help of a sponsor so she can eat regularly and attend school.
