Lovenes lives with HIV as she was born with it. Both of her parents died due to AIDS and she currently lives with her sister. Lovenes’ life is very difficult as they struggle to have enough food, clothes and resources for school. She is forced to stay home from school even though she would like to attend because there is no one to help.
