The Philippines

As a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Managing Trauma Nurse in Orange County’s leading emergency trauma center and bringing that experience into international ministry. Since 2006, I’ve served on the Board of Directors for He Intends Victory and have participated in mission work across many countries in Asia and Africa.

In 2020, my bride of more than 45 years, Fely, and I moved full-time to the Philippines, where I now serve as the Country Director for He Intends Victory. I stay busy with a variety of ministry and community efforts, especially as HIV has increased more than 500% here in recent years. Fely and I are blessed with two children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
